Many of you may have already had this experience. For those that have not, I thought I'd share ours.
Yesterday morning we discovered a POD-storage type unit in the parking lot of a local CVS. After speaking with the store manager, we learned the "kiosk" as they're being called is for the Minute Clinic Nurse Practitioner to administer/witness COVID test with a patient external from the store.
The "kiosk" was anchored/bolted to the pavement with a small window HVAC unit and electrical disconnect. (link to pictures below)
Unfortunately, CVS did this without following any process for zoning, permits, etc.
Our understanding is this will be a nationwide program.
