I have a draft version I wrote 3 years ago that keeps getting taken out of the agenda for county attorney review. Mostly due to the fact that we have had 6 county managers/interim managers since Christmas of 2022. I don't know if its worth a hill of beans but I tried to make it specific for Knox brand.
